Pat holds classes at Fairy Meadow Surf Club, Kiama Downs Surf Club and Balgownie Community Centre. Days, times and venues rotate seasonally — contact Pat for the current timetable.
Pat’s primary venue. A welcoming surf-club setting just metres from the sand, with bright, airy class spaces and uninterrupted ocean views — the perfect backdrop for low-impact movement and breath work.
A second beautiful coastal venue further south, also overlooking the Pacific. Same Pilates, Yoga and Fitness blend — just a different stretch of coastline to breathe in.
An inland community-centre option for select classes — a quiet, friendly space tucked away from the coast.
