About Pat
Patricia (Pat) Zanin is a certified Pilates, Yoga and Fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience working in the local Illawarra area.
Pat began her fitness career as a personal trainer. Her passion for functional and fascial fitness, Pilates and Yoga — and the life-changing benefits she personally experienced from practising all of these modalities — led her to create her own unique classes.
Today, Pat’s approach combines the precision of Pilates, the mindfulness of Yoga, and the conditioning of functional fitness into a holistic programme that works for all ages and fitness levels. The aim is simple: build a body that feels strong, moves well and breathes deep.
Pat is registered with Fitness Australia (AUSactive) as a professional gym and group exercise instructor. She holds classes at Fairy Meadow Surf Club, Kiama Downs Surf Club, and Balgownie Community Centre — all welcoming venues with a warm community feel and (in the case of the surf clubs) beautiful ocean views.
Whether you’re completely new to movement, returning after time away, or looking to deepen an existing practice, Pat’s 20+ years of teaching means you’ll be in safe, knowledgeable hands.
